If we think there’s a good fit, we’ll start the Solution Discovery phase.

Solution Discovery

We’ll spend up to 3 Miro sessions mapping out a plan for FREE. We’ll collaboratively define:

• Project Goals and Measures of Success.
• Your current tools, processes, and roadblocks.
• What your final solution could look like.

Once we map out your project, we’ll either do a Lightning Project Proposal or jump right into a Delivery Team.

Lightning Project

In many cases, we can define a 3 month SOW that will provide you immediate business value. This might be a:

• A prototype to help you generate hype.
• A small integration of your current systems.
• A proof of concept for technical discovery.

A Lightning Project is a great way to quickly get value and see our capabilities is action.

Get a Delivery Team

Whether you opt to do a Lightning Project or not, we can jump right in to building your idea.

We’ll setup quarterly, bi-yearly, or yearly SOWs that outline objectives, measures of success and deliverables.

At each iteration, we craft a team that’s optimized for you and the maturity of the project. Whether it’s Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, or Customer Researchers, we’ve got you covered so you can focus on your vision.

Once the project is near the end of the development phase, we’ll help set you up with a technical support team to keep your project going in the long run.
